About the Speakers:
🎞 Audrey Ferrera
Originally from Paris, Audrey studied cinema at Université La Sorbonne before earning a degree in computer graphics and animation at Ecole Georges Méliès. Her career spans work on Avatar, Thor, The Jungle Book, The Lion King, and most recently, she served as Key Art Director and VFX Supervisor on Barry Jenkins’ Mufasa: The Lion King (2024).
Presentation:
Audrey will explore how advanced digital techniques like fur rendering, muscle simulation, and expressive animation were used to bring the beloved story of Mufasa to life.
🎬 Stefanos Kittakis
With over a decade of experience as an FX Technical Director and CG Supervisor, Stefanos has worked on iconic films such as Jurassic World: Dominion, Doctor Strange, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, and more. His recent credits include Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning (2025), Lilo & Stitch (2025), and Mufasa: The Lion King (2024).
